As part of Telus security requirements, we use 2-Factor Authentication (2FA) for signing into Gmail and Google Apps.

We've been asked to use the Passkeys 2FA method, which is super convenient and just turns your phone or laptop into a security key to sign in easily.

If you sign in to your Gmail or workspaces account you should see a notification to enroll in 2FA.

Before doing this, 

Please follow the prompts to enroll, and ensure you select the "Google Prompt" option.

If you have already enrolled in 2FA, please follow the instructions below to enable the Passkeys / Google Prompt option if you didn't choose that option.
